From the world's largest online retailer comes their own deal site -- though not a daily deal site, it's worth a look based on some of their past offers such as discounted Amazon gift cards, movie tickets, mp3 credits, etc.   Every now and then they'll offer a limited time extra bonus discount of 10% or 15% off their local deals.

Multiple offers and multiple categories such as families, escapes, adventures, at home and more.  Search Google for 'Living Social' discount codes and save even more money, as Living Social will usually give additional percentage off discounts.
Portland Mercury MercPerks Weekly newspaper's half-price program, frequently updated with new offers for restaurants, food carts, services and retail stores.  Most offers you will be able to print at home, others you will to wait for them to be mailed to you.
Restaurant.com Offers up over 100 restaurants in the Portland area and $25 gift certificates can be had for just $10. Better yet, every month they will run a limited time promotion where you can save anywhere from 50% to 80% off the $10 gift certificate, so you could wind up with a $25 gift certificate for only $2!
